I am a writer, filmmaker and boatbuilder. My films range from dramas to documentaries, often working with artists and craftspeople to showcase their work.

I am also a boatbuilder and my series about building a clinker Morgan Giles sailing dinghy (a traditional build with hand tools) has so far received 140,000 views.

I have built and restored a number of traditional clinker vessels.
