In March 06 we finished the sixth 15ft clinker open boat, the prototype, which was built in 2004, was copied from a local netting boat built in Salcombe in 1937. We have currently got orders for two more of these boats which are to be built in late 2007. We are currently starting a new Ian Howlett designed Salcombe Yawl, this will be the first of a Mk.2 version. We have already built four Mk.1s, this new version will be ready for the local regatta in August 06. We have already got a second order for another Mk.2 which will be ready for the 2007 season. We have also got an order for another Salcombe yawl for a customer from Hong Kong.
